PATTERNS

How will I receive my digital files?

After completing your order, a page containing your files will appear for immediate download. Alternatively, check the email used during purchase where you will also receive a link to your PDF files. We recommend saving your files in a safe place such as an online cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive.

*If a pattern is ever changed you will receive all updates via email.

How do I print my PDF?

See our PDF Printing Guide where you will find directions for printing at home on Letter or A4 pages or for sending to a copy shop.

I can’t find my download email, can you resend it?

Sure thing! Email roadtrippatternco@gmail.com and we will resend the files. Be sure to check your spam folder first.

I’m confused about a construction step or need help selecting fabric.

We would be happy to help guide through any pattern questions or construction steps. Check out our Fabric Resource page for guidance on sourcing technical fabrics and PDF explaining common textile terminology. Email us at roadtrippatternco@gmail.com for any additional questions.

RTPC is run by only one person so we don’t have the resources to make full Sewalong videos at this time. In a pinch, we recommend using YouTube or Google to search common sewing techniques, as there are often a few videos or tutorials available to guide you through.

Will you offer printed patterns someday?

At this time we are unable to produce printed patterns, as it is very expensive to produce at minimum quantities. We would love to be able to supply fabric/craft stores in the future though!

TAXES

Why is VAT being added to my purchase?

Customers based in the EU and UK will be charged VAT on all goods, physical and digital. Regulations have changed in recent years requiring VAT to be collected based on where the customer resides (and not where the company is located).

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us right away and we will do our best to troubleshoot with you. As these products are digital, there is no return policy in place.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can I sell items made from your patterns or use your patterns to start my own clothing line?

All Road Trip Pattern Company patterns are to be used for home sewing / non-commercial purposes only. In addition, please do not share the pattern you individually purchased. We ask that you respect our small business and have each person pay for their own copy.
